Inner hallway leading to kitchen breakfast room with recently fitted kitchen with integrated appliances. Dining area. Door to rear pretty cottage style enclosed garden. Shower room with spacious shower cubicle, basin and WC. Stairs to first floor. Three pretty bedrooms, all very spacious. Master bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes. En-suite bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin and WC. Single bedroom with fitted wardrobe and wash basin. Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, wash basin and further TV and DVD player.

Bed linen included. Towels available to hire at £8.00 per set
Gas central heating. There will be a "starter pack" of logs, kindling etc. for the wood burner. Extra logs are available to purchase at a nearby garage if required.
