Sidview apartment has recently been refurbished and is part of a small block set back 50 meters from the seafront. Its main asset is its position, with its balcony providing views over the rooftops of Sidmouth to the Hills and the sea beyond. The delightful town centre is also 50 meters, along Chapel Street into Church Street. The small town centre is unique with fascinating shops, some traffic free cobbled streets and a peaceful un-spoilt atmosphere. There are many restaurants and pubs in the town, most within easy walking distance. The seafront is little changed from a century ago and remains relatively un-commercialised.
ACCOMMODATION:
Accessed via a lift or stairs from the parking area. Entrance door to spacious hall with all rooms off. The flooring throughout the apartment is wood laminate with colourful rugs.  Very well equipped, newly fitted kitchen with breakfast bar.
