The local owner has made the cottage a real "home from home" with comfortable quality furniture and tasteful colour schemes throughout. Quietly situated just a 10 minute level walk from the town centre and beach, and with private parking, makes Otter Cottage an ideal place for a holiday in Sidmouth.
ACCOMMODATION: Lovely light and airy sitting room with window seat and open fire place with wood burner. Quality fitted kitchen with integral appliances. Dining room with French doors to enclosed private and sunny south facing garden with garden furniture and sun loungers. Cloakroom with WC. On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with king size bed and quality pocket sprung mattress; plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. Small room with Juliet balcony and cot for small baby (there is no bed in this room). This room leads to a beautiful, fully tiled bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin and WC.
