Old Town Cottage is a spacious, south facing thatched terraced cottage situated just off Sidmouth seafront. The cottage is comfortably furnished with leather sofas, oak dining suite and pine bedroom furniture with tasteful colour schemes throughout. Many original features have been retained giving a warm and cosy feel. There is also private parking at the rear for 1 large or 2 smaller cars.
ACCOMMODATION: Entrance hall with flagstone floor and stairs to first floor. Sitting room with gas fire. Separate dining room with oak table and chairs. Galley style kitchen with stable door to small rear enclosed courtyard with outside WC and access to parking area. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single. Bathroom with shower over bath and separate WC. Please note there are steps on the landing in this old cottage. On the second floor there is a double bedroom and large shower room with WC. The ceiling is sloping with dormer window.
