"The Loft" is a lovely apartment for two, situated in the grounds of the owner's property. This rural idyll is ideally located for local walking and bird watching, whilst being a short distance from the sea and other East Devon attractions. The Loft offers easy access to miles of footpaths and green lanes criss-crossing the beautiful River Otter valley and wilder open spaces of Woodbury Common. The property itself stands at the end of a long private drive, in a lovely hilltop position, surrounded by 4 acres of beautiful gardens and woodland from which there are wonderful views over unspoilt countryside. Guests have use of a quiet part of the garden set amongst magnificent trees. There is a village shop and good pub within walking distance, approximately 10 minutes. The accommodation, newly converted and equipped offer high quality and tasteful fittings with pleasant colour schemes.
ACCOMMODATION: Access is via an external staircase to hallway and well equipped kitchen with dining area. All rooms have large picture windows and lovely views over the grounds. Comfortably furnished sitting room. Bedroom with double bed. Modern bathroom with bath, hand shower, hand basin, wc and heated towel rail. The rooms have sloping ceilings. Private and safe off-road parking. Use of garden area with table, chairs and parasol.
ESSENTIAL INFORMATION: TV/DVD. Fridge with freezer compartment. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing and drying machines on request (£3.00 charge paid locally). Bed linen and towels included. Electric night storage heating. Sorry no pets as owners have 3 friendly Labradors. No pets. Saturday changeover.
