Magpie Chalet is a charming cedar wood chalet, situated facing south on the edge of the sea close to the picturesque village of Branscombe with uninterrupted sea views across Lyme Bay. There is a shop selling fresh local supplies and cafe. Often described by visitors to this area as 'idyllic'. The outstanding beauty of this, one of the most stunningly beautiful parts of rural Devon right on the Jurassic Coast which is now recognised internationally as a World Heritage Site. The area is ideal for those wanting a totally relaxing, peaceful "get away from it all" holiday. Super walks along the cliff tops to Beer and Sidmouth along one of the most stunning parts of the English coastline, you won't want to return to the real world!
Accommodation: The chalet has a veranda and deck chairs with un-interrupted views of the beach and Lyme Bay. Living space with TV/DVD. L-shaped rattan style sofas, double opening doors to veranda. Two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with twin beds plus a bunk bed. Bed linen included. Newly installed kitchen/diner, fully equipped with good quality cooking equipment, crockery, gas cooker , fridge and microwave. Bathroom with bath and shower over, w.C. and wash basin. Two adjoining parking spaces. No pets. No smoking. There is a communal laundry room.
