The Lodge House is a superb, luxurious, spacious semi detached south facing property, built to a very high standard some seven years ago and offers superb holiday accommodation. The owner has spared no expense in furnishing the property, which is very well equipped and tastefully decorated throughout. Ideally situated on the Western side of the valley, within a few minutes walk of the seafront, shops and excellent facilities Sidmouth has to offer. To the rear there is private, secure parking for two cars.

Delightful, beautifully furnished living room with dining area. French doors leading to large patio area with quality teak garden furniture and large charcoal barbecue (charcoal not provided). On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one good size single bedroom with French doors to balcony. Double bedroom with French doors to balcony. Further double bedroom with en-suite shower room and w.c. Large family bathroom with large circular window. Stairs to second floor. Extremely spacious bedroom with king size bed, dual aspect over Salcombe Hill and over the bay with sea glimpses.
