The Lodge House is a superb, luxurious, spacious semi detached south facing property, built to a very high standard some seven years ago and offers superb holiday accommodation. The owner has spared no expense in furnishing the property, which is very well equipped and tastefully decorated throughout. Ideally situated on the Western side of the valley, within a few minutes walk of the seafront, shops and excellent facilities Sidmouth has to offer. To the rear there is private, secure parking for two cars.
