Otterton is a charming village with thatched cottages lining the main street leading to the River Otter where you can spend many an hour walking along the river bank bird watching, painting and relaxing. There is a working mill with excellent caf?, crafts shop and bakery, local inn serving good food with garden area. The small, unspoilt coastal resorts of Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton are just a few minutes drive away or a pleasant walk along the Jurassic coastal path. There is also a variety of golf courses all within a short distance.
