Otter Barn is a recently converted detached property with a large, private walled garden, quietly situated within the grounds of the owner's cottage,  in the heart of the village.  The accommodation has been thoughtfully designed and is spacious, bright and airy with high vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and wood flooring to main living areas. The colour schemes and furnishings are tastefully presented throughout.  Otterton is a charming village with thatched cottages lining the main street leading to the River Otter where you can spend many an hour walking along the river bank bird watching, painting and relaxing. There is a working mill with excellent caf?, crafts shop and bakery, local inn serving good food with garden area. The small, unspoilt coastal resorts of Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton are just a few minutes drive away or a pleasant walk along the Jurassic coastal path. There is also a variety of golf courses all within a short distance.

ACCOMMODATION: Approached via integral garage. Stairs to comfortable and tastefully furnished living area with exposed beams, wood floor with scatter rugs. Open plan kitchen with dining area. From the living room a pathway leads to a large secluded walled private garden with patio area, garden furniture and barbecue, a real sun trap overlooking the surrounding area. There is a footpath from the garden leading to delightful countryside walks from the woodland .  A few steps up to open plan mezzanine sitting room/bedroom with top quality sofa bed, high vaulted ceiling, overlooking the living area below.   Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and open views over the village and countryside, further good size single bedroom. Large bathroom with shower over bath, W.C. and hand basin. At the rear of the garage there is a utility room/boot room.

Bed linen included.  Oil central heating.  1 small dog will be accepted charged at £20.00 per week. No smoking. Private garden. * Short Break prices shown are for 3 nights only, please call for 4 night prices if required. Short Breaks are available from the end of September up to the final May bank holiday, or at the owners' discretion for a last minute booking at other times of the year. Unfortunately it would be most unusual for us to be in a position to consider a short break at peak holiday times, such as the October and February half terms or over the Christmas and New Year periods.
