Tarn is a spacious, beautifully refurbished town house set in a quiet position just off the beach and town centre. The accommodation is presented to the highest standard, with tasteful, comfortable furnishings throughout. There is a sheltered enclosed patio area at the rear. Every room is bright, airy and spacious. The house faces the River Sid and has views out to sea. The beach, seafront, indoor swimming pool, children's play area, shops and cafes are just 200 yards walk away. The footpaths overlooking the Lyme Bay coastline are easily reached from the house.
ACCOMMODATION: Hall. Spacious, light and airy sitting room with fireplace and electric woodburner style fire. Dining area. Cream, shaker style very well equipped kitchen with French doors to paved courtyard garden. On the first are two bedrooms, one south facing with sea views and double king size bed, one to rear with double bed. Bathroom with modern white suite comprising shower over bath and W.C. On the second floor is another lovely large bedroom with twin beds, dormer window with sea glimpses and en-suite shower room and W.C.
ESSENTIAL SERVICES: TV/DVD/radio. Fridge with ice box. Gas hob and electric oven. Microwave. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels provided. Town centre car parks nearby or unrestricted parking in front of the cottage on first come, first served basis. £100.00 supplement for Folk Festival Week 4th to 11th August 2012. 1 dog charged at £20.00 per week. No smoking. Sat/Sat changeover.
