Located within the town centre in a quiet, level position opposite pretty gardens and River Sid, with path leading to Sidmouth seafront, indoor swimming pool, children's play park and the main shopping area with excellent restaurants and inns. The cottage has been extensively modernised with luxury kitchen, bathroom, fitted bedroom furniture, double glazed windows and gas central heating making it an ideal holiday cottage at any time of the year.
Accommodation: Hall with stairs to first floor. Spacious, comfortably furnished sitting room/dining room with gas living flame fire. Superb, very well equipped fitted kitchen with door leading to conservatory with access to small rear courtyard area. On the first floor there are two beautifully furnished bedrooms both with high quality fitted bedroom furniture, one with double bed and one with twin beds. Quality white bathroom with shower over bath and W.C.
ESSENTIAL INFORMATION: T.V and dvd. Hi Fi. Gas hob and electric oven. Fridge. Freezer. Washing machine/dryer. Microwave. Gas central heating. Double glazed windows. Bed linen included. One small pet strictly by arrangement charged at £20.00 per week. Cot and high chair are provided. No smoking. Unrestricted parking in front of the cottage and close by. Alternatively there is a long stay car park about a 5 minute walk away. Fri - Fri changeover. £50.00 supplement for Folk Week 3rd to 10th August 2012.
