A charming, cedar wood chalet, situated facing south on the edge of the sea close to the picturesque village of Branscombe with uninterupted sea views across Lyme Bay. Tastefully presented along a "seaside" theme with many homely touches. Often described by visitors to this area as 'idyllic'. The outstanding beauty of this, one of the most stunningly beautiful parts of rural Devon, is part of the Jurassic Coast and is now recognised internationally as a World Heritage Site.
Accommodation: The chalet has a balcony and deck chairs, electric light and heating, immersion heater for hot water . The accommodation comprises: living room, two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. There are duvets and pillows provided and bed linen is included, all beds will be made up. The living area has comfortable seating area with French doors leading to balcony overlooking the beach. TV. Modern fitted kitchen, very well equipped and has a full size electric cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. Bathroom with bath and shower attachment, W.C. and wash basin. This chalet has two adjoining parking spaces. No smoking. 1 small pet charged at £25.00 per week. October to April (inclusive) electric charged at £20.00 for short break or £35.00 for the week. There is a communal laundry room. Wi Fi broadband is available at £5.00 per day or £12.00 per week. Fri/Fri changeover.
