Attractive raised living flame gas fire.  Double bedroom with glimpses of the estuary.    Good quality bathroom with modern fittings.    On the second floor there are three  bedrooms, one double bedroom with queen sized bed and en-suite shower room and W.C., with superb marina views.    One twin bedroom. One bunk bedroom.  High quality bathroom with shower over bath, tiled walls and W.C. Outside there is a private parking for two cars. To the side and front of the property there is a good sized sun patio with good quality garden furniture and a gate leading directly onto the marina.    High chair and travel cot available.

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION:   T.V, dvd,  and hi-fi. Gas hob and oven.  Microwave. Dishwasher. Fridge. Freezer. Washing machine. Gas central heating and double glazed windows. Parking for two cars. Bed linen  included. No pets. No smoking.  10% discount during non-school holiday periods for families of four persons or less.  Fri/Fri changeover.

Another fabulous week in this great house, as a base it is perfect. The new sofas are a welcome improvement, and everything works. As for the story in Balamory, see you in 2010. Many thanks again for a perfect getaway.

Returned to our home town visiting family and friends - Great house, very well equipped and very comfortable. Visited Sidmouth - recommend Browns restaurant.

Short Breaks are available from the end of September up to the final May bank holiday, or at the owners' discretion for a last minute booking at other times of the year. Unfortunately it would be most unusual for us to be in a position to consider a short break at peak holiday times, such as the October and February half terms or over the Christmas and New Year periods.
