Bulverton was originally part of the Manor of Sidmouth, once owned by the Monks of St Michael. Sheldrake cottage was originally an 18th century corn mill, while Pintail and Grebe cottages formed part of the early Victorian farm buildings.
Adjacent to the owner's delightful home, the cottages enjoy a south facing aspect, each one having a private patio with garden furniture overlooking the large shared garden and surrounding countryside, an ideal place for relaxing on warm summer evenings. The cottages are tastefully furnished to a high standard with pleasing colour schemes throughout and have a wealth of exposed beams and trusses.
