The Stables is a charming detached cottage formerly the stables for an impressive Georgian Rectory which stands in peaceful and tranquil private mature grounds of 20 acres of delightful Devon countryside. Ideally situated for exploring this special area of outstanding natural beauty being only a 10 minute drive to the Jurassic Coast at Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton. The picturesque village of Otterton is a pleasant stroll away through the grounds along the River Otter, where you will find a super local pub and the renowned Otterton Mill. The cottage is beautifully furnished with much charm and character and also includes the use of the owners all-weather tennis court by arrangement.
ACCOMMODATION: Hall with stairs to first floor. Cloakroom with WC. Cosy, comfortably furnished sitting room with living flame electric fire. Newly fitted kitchen/dining room. Upstairs there are two pretty bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Newly fitted white bathroom with electric shower over bath and W.C.
