A charming detached bungalow, situated in a convient level position a 10 minute walk to Sidmouth town centre and esplanade. Close by are the "Byes", delightful National Trust parkland with path following the River Sid to the town centre, a very pleasant stroll. The bungalow is very well presented and cared for offering bright cosy accommodation. The owners live in the adjacent property. It is only a five minute walk for public transport to take you on trips out of Sidmouth.
ACCOMMODATION: Pleasant, comfortably furnished sitting room with large bay window overlooking cottage garden. Feature open fireplace and stripped pine furniture. Modern kitchen with dining table and chairs. Light and airy bedroom with very comfortable double bed (room for cot). Fully tiled bathroom with shower over bath and W.C. Pretty lawned garden with lavender, roses and shrubs, garden furniture.
ESSENTIAL INFORMATION: TV. DVD. Washing machine. Fridge/freezer. Electric cooker. Microwave. Night storage heating with electricity included. Open fire. Bed linen included. Parking opposite property. No pets. No smoking. Pretty lawned garden and patio. £50.00 supplement for Folk Festival Week 4th to 11th August 2012. Sat/Sat changeover.
