ESSENTIAL INFORMATION: TV/DVD.. Electric oven. Microwave, fridge/freezer. Night storage heaters and electric panel heaters (Economy 7). Duvets and pillows on bed, please bring linen for a king sized bed. Alternatively, bed linen is available to hire. 1 small pet by arrangement charged at £15.00 per week. No smoking. Private parking space at rear. Fri to Fri bookings. £50.00 supplement for Folk Festival Week 3rd to 10th august 2012.
