After all this means you will be happy and there is every likelihood when you return to the West Country you will once again stay with us.  We pride ourselves on the high number of visitors who return year after year and become firm friends.

As members of South West Tourism we meet or exceed all the standards considered essential for holiday cottages.  These include cleanliness, quality of furniture, equipment and the overall presentation of the property.

One of the great values to you of a smaller company is our thorough knowledge of every property and the areas around Sidmouth, Exmouth, Branscombe and Budleigh Salterton.  We are quite happy to recommend the most suitable property for visitors who have very specific requirements.  One thing we will not do is 'hard sell' or give you a false impression of a holiday cottage.
